To answer this  question it’s probably best that I share my ‘story’ to explain what drove me to this place in my life where I am helping Entrepreneurs and Small business owners how to achieve balance and leverage in their time and income so that they can enjoy the lifestyle they want while doing that they love.

Hello, I’m Crystal O’Connor and I call myself the Moxie Mompreneur. You may think the term Mompreneur sounds trendy or a name brought on by the recent economic crisis. Well, I’m here to tell you it’s a word bound to stick around and should have made its way into the English language well before bailouts and the collapse of the housing bubble.

I’ve spent 20 years of my life in four major industries mastering business skills in the crucial areas  of…sales, marketing and helping companies make more money.  I worked with small business owners in both the insurance, advertising, salon, real estate and weight loss industries….I’ve even spent a fair amount of time in the photography industry.

While working in the marketing industry with a variety of small business owners I began noticing a common lack of knowledge among them. They were working in their business and not ON their business. They were almost always burnt out trying to take on different roles and too many tasks. It was never ending for them.

Another popular trait was their lack of marketing knowledge.

I realized most of them had started their businesses because they wanted freedom, a better lifestyle, more control over their income and to live their passion, yet their business had become their own private prison.

What I do is teach entrepreneurs how to run a profitable business through the Internet while creating multiple streams of income so they can stop, breathe, live their passion and not worry so much about trading hours for dollars anymore.

 

Within all of these industries I used systems that I  developed overtime in sales,  marketing campaigns and tracked revenue conversions.  Often referred to as ‘The Closer’ I’ve had plenty of experience watching the common struggles of the small business owner and now that I’ve been a business owner myself over the last three years…I know what it takes and I see the gap…the gap between a successful practice/business and one that is struggling to stay open.

How are you different from other “business coaches?”

Although we will occasionally touch upon time & organizational management and other “business coach-y” things, I will get you laser focused on ‘Moxie Magnetizing’ that new business and laying out a strategic plan to pull those 4 different income streams in I told you about earlier.  I’m not a Jack of all Trades however there are several areas I touch upon during our coaching that will really set you up in the areas of online business and how a fully functioning website operates smoothly which really helps the marketing part of your business run itself so that you attract your ideal clients quickly.  Product development, strategic planning, email marketing, goal setting and monetizing are a BIG part of the program.  It’s all about effective action, fast results and implementing a systems that will work for years to come….and I do it all while having fun…I like to work hard and play hard…in other words…I have a sense of humor however, ‘no-results’ are no laughing matter.

What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?

For what type of professional is this program NOT going to work?

Please know I’ve learned to be very selective in who I work with, choosing to (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for my programs and won’t get the results for which they would have signed up for.

The Moxie Money Making programs are NOT for those who have no money coming in and are choosing to pay me rather then feed their children in a desperate attempt to make something happen, I won’t take on that kind of pressure. It’s been my experience that people in financial crisis do not trust my recommendations and can’t always do the work I suggest (most likely because they spend so much time worrying about where they are going to get next month’s rent check or mortgage payment.)

If you fall within this category, it’s absolutely OK. We’ve all been in times of financial crisis at one point or another.

Consider doing yourself (3) favors:

1. Get some money coming in with a full-time or part-time job at the least, and then call me. This will take the edge off and provide a little more cushion. Mostly, it will de-clutter your mind enough to focus on your Moxie Money assignments so that you can see the whole picture. Another type of individual I don’t work well with (without exception) is the ‘know-it all’, the chronic skeptic, as well as those who consistently make excuses for not doing their homework that I assign. If you are one of these people, I respectfully ask that you continue to find a more suitable coach and trust you will respectfully understand. Pulling in a consistent stream of new clients  and business begins with understanding who your ideal client is and what pains them; what their major struggles are, and what will cause them to purchase your product or service. Then, it means taking a very ‘Moxie’ like approach to doing it. Here’s what the System will cause you to do:
