How to sell more in your service based business.

The way you sell more in your service based business reflects in your monthly revenue and profit.  If you are not connecting with your potential clients on the phone or in person consistently until you won't have a full practice.  One of the best things you can do for your business to ensure its success and increase in profits is to start connecting with your potential clients every week.  

The tips I share below will help you sell more and get more clients:

1.  Attract  them to your website by connecting with them through social media or web traffic and ask them to connect with them via telephone.  Watch your traffic, use your blog and build a list of qualified leads and begin tracking your conversions.  Track your traffic conversions and your telephone appointment conversions.  This is especially important with a higher price point service product.  

2.  Listen more than talk during the sales conversation buy asking key questions and listening for where the problem is so that you can take notes and really hear where the problem is and what you can do to help them.  Offering tips and advice is fine but make sure you're telling them what they need to do and not so much HOW they should do it.  Inspire them by asking them what their ideal outcome would be if their problem was solved.

3.  Follow up with an email outlining what you talked about.  Remind them what their 'outcome' goal is and where they would like to be after their problem is solved.  Then tell them how you can help them through your service.  If you offer a health coaching product you will need to explain how you plan to help them in your program or service for instance.  This will reinforce your value and make them feel confident that you listened to their needs and you can help them.

4.  Ask for their business and make it easy for them to get started.  Supply a link in the email for instance that leads them to an overview of your program and the recommendation that you supplied for them ( i.e. option A which is your mid level program)   Encourage them to get started right away and consider having a payment link for them to buy immediately.
